Steve Jobs Pointed Out 1 Clear Sign to Spot Someone With Good Leadership Skills
Aug 30 2024
Steve Jobs - The foundation of Talents, specifically in profit driven organizations, are not skills or competence based, but foremost it is character based. How true.
In Job's perspective, the quality of Integrity is his pick for Talents, though it is very hard in practical reality to assess in the brief period of an interview. Similarly, Job place Trust as the next core quality he seek in his Talent, which is also another crucial quality that is difficult to assess especially for fresh graduates who have brief career records to prove themselves. Steve Job has a great deal of gut feel to see him through his quest for talent.
Other facets of character include being visionary and creative - which are indispensable in almost all industry. Of course, generosity and altruism is crucial for non-governmental sectors. These on the other hand are relatively easy to assess via their work and track records.
In summary, Talents is all about soft-power within a person, or in our language the InnerFrequency. It is these energetics that manifest interest and inclinations, pursuit of knowledge and competence in an individual.
Assess and nurture a person's InnerFrequency, or discover and develop our own InnerFrequency, and the rest will unpack nicely.
Are you keen to assess your InnerFrequency configurations?

35-year-old CEO shares the No. 1 red flag he sees in employees: People who aren’t self-aware ‘really struggle with this’
Aug 28 2024
Kickstart CEO, Taylor believe that self-awareness is the key to clarity, performance and collaboration at the workplace.
Without self-awareness, the person is 'ego-driven' as Taylor observed. This is a powerful statement, simply because it seems ironic that a self-aware person is not ego-driven!
I take it to mean that the more we are self-aware the greater is our humility of what we are talented to pursue, and in the same breadth what we are limited by and seek collaboration with others. Consequently, self-awareness leads to humility and modesty, open-mindedness and respect, collaboration and other non-self-centric qualities.
Self-awareness is about better self-management within our range of talents and values, and by extension curiosity of other-awareness and better other-management and collaboration.
This is the very heart of InnerFrequency. It is about Knowing Thyself, and Outer Harmony. A journey of recognizing our limits, seeking compatibility, continuous improvement of our talents, and celebrating collaborations.
